We have over 20 years of development experience whether new construction, renovation, or repositioning. Our development and construction management team provide the industry experience and knowledge to take projects from start to finish.

We have specific knowledge of historic adaptive reuse and historic rehabilitation through projects such as Hotel Florence, The Foundry Hotel, and The Waynesville Inn & Golf Club. Expanding the development arm of Raines now includes not only hotels, but office projects in southeastern markets enhancing our development and construction services.
